About the Program

Structured Curriculum

Phase 1 – Foundations & Design Principles (Months 1–3)

Attendance & Evaluation

Attendance Policy:

  • Minimum 80% attendance required
  • Below 70% → ineligible for certification
  • Missed labs must be completed within 7 days

Evaluation System:

  • Continuous Assessment: 40% (assignments, labs, design exercises)
  • Mid-Term Project: 20%
  • Internship / Industry Simulation: 10%
  • Final Capstone Project: 30%

Passing Requirement:

  • Minimum 60% overall
  • Capstone project approval mandatory

Certification Levels

  • Distinction: 85%+
  • Merit: 75–84%
  • Pass: 60–74%

Upon completion, students receive an Industry-Certified Diploma in UI/UX Design from FN Tech Solution.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Withdrawal Terms

  • Students may withdraw by submitting a formal written request to FN Tech Solution administration.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Withdraw within first month → 100% course fee refunded
  • Withdrawals after first month → considered case-by-case; partial refund may apply
  • Administrative fees may apply

3. Refund Procedure

  • Submit request via email or in-person
  • Refund processed within 15 working days
  • Refunds via original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration / admission fee
  • Service / administrative charges
  • Material costs (if already provided)

5. Program Transfer Policy

  • Batch transfers possible with 7-day prior request, subject to availability
